On Saturday, April 9th, our local TeamMates Chapter took Mentors and Mentees to Lincoln for the Red-White Spring Game. Although it was a long bus ride, we had a great day and the weather was perfect. Some people had been to multiple games, and for some, it was their first trip to Memorial Stadium. We are blessed to be able to participate in this group activity again! The TeamMates Executive Office offers tickets to their Mentors and Mentees at a reduced cost to make this event possible.

The Ainsworth American Legion and Legion Auxiliary #79 co-sponsored the Easter Egg Hunt at East City Park on Saturday, April 16th. It was estimated that 125 children took part in this event. Over 800 plastic eggs were hidden with candy, money and notes that they won a special prize.
