Funeral Service for Chester D. “Chet” Mizner, age 85, of Long Pine, NE will be held on Saturday , November 23, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church in Ainsworth. Burial with Military Honors will follow in the Ainsworth Cemetery. Chet Mizner died Thursday, November 14, 2024 at the Community Memorial Health Center in Burwell, NE.
Survivors include: wife, Cheryl Mizner of Long Pine; sons: Brandon (Kerry) Mizner of Shawnee, KS and Chad Mizner of Omaha, NE; two granddaughters; along with other family members.
Visitations for Chet Mizner will be held on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 1:30 p.m.
Memorials have been suggested to Ainsworth American Legion Post #79 in Chet’s name.
