Word has been received of the death of Duane M. Johnson, age 69 of Johnstown, NE. Duane Johnson died Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at his residence north of Johnstown. At this time, no services are planned.
Survivors include, wife, Geri Johnson of Johnstown; four children, Sam Johnson of Ainsworth, Laurel Johnson and significant other, Dr. Liran Bendor of Des Moines, IA, Hannah (Thomas) Harmon and Lars Johnson all of Lincoln, NE; father-in-law, James (Becky) Snyder of Sun Lakes, AZ; siblings, Harold (Gaylia) Johnson, Jr. of Omaha, NE, Diane Johnson and husband, Chris Stahlke of Fort Calhoun, NE, Blaine (Nina) Johnson of York, NE; along with nieces, nephews and other family members.
