A Celebration of Life Service for Edith Ann Jefferis, age 69, of Ainsworth was held on Monday, August 9, 2021 at Clear Lake southwest of Ainsworth. Edith Jefferis died Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at the Brown County Hospital in Ainsworth.
Survivors include: husband, Dewey Jefferis of Ainsworth; children: Danny (Alicia) Jefferis of Ainsworth, DeVon Jefferis and significant other, George Matucha of Pierre, SD, Dawn Sheets and significant other, and Todd Wilkins of Ainsworth; four grandchildren and one great-grandson; siblings: Maxine Nickless of Ainsworth, Jim Mizner of Johnstown, Marilyn Jefferson of Ainsworth, Sharon Golf of Ainsworth, Mary Turley of Ainsworth, Bonnie (Joey) Belmont of Newport, NE, Sylvia (Joe) Moody of Ainsworth and Patty Hughbanks of Ainsworth; nieces, nephews and other family members.
