Gage Stevens, son of Harold and Rachel (Hart) Stevens, was born on January 2 9, 1 944, i n W aukegan L ake, I llinois. H is f amily i ncluded a sister Susan, and brothers Donald and Daniel. They have preceded him in death.
His early years were spent in Ainsworth and his family later moved to Lincoln. Gage served in the United States Marine Corps from 1962 to 1966 when he received an Honorable Discharge.
Due to failing health, he entered the Arbor Care Center in Franklin in 2015. He was a resident there until his death on August 27. He is survived by his daughter, Maegan Stevens-Liska (Adam) and extended family members.
Gage will be interred in the Ainsworth Cemetery with other family members.
Hutchins Funeral Home in Franklin was in charge of the arrangements.
