Memorial Service for Gary L. Jones, age 70 of Ainsworth, NE, will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. in the Ainsworth United Methodist Church. A Private Family Inurnment will be held at a later date in the Highland Grove Cemetery north of Ainsworth. Gary Jones died in a motorcycle accident on Thursday, August 3, 2023 near Wewela, SD.
Survivors include wife, Shari Jones of Ainsworth; 4 children, Thad Jones of Ainsworth, Becky (Kevin) Mizner of Springview, NE, Casey Jones and fiancé, Mary Gambill of Ainsworth, Maegan (Kyle) Urban of Waverly, NE; 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; 2 step-grandsons and 2 step-great-grandchildren; sisters, Sandy (Dan) Clapper of Johnstown, NE and Sue Porter of Ainsworth; along with nieces, nephews and other family members.
