Funeral service for Geneva M. Davis, age 96 of Bassett, NE will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Bassett. Burial will follow in the Duff Cemetery near Rose, NE. Geneva Davis died Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Southern Wind Manor in Pittsburg, TX.
Survivors include: daughter, Jolene Turner (Tim) Wilson of Hughes Springs, TX; daughter-in-law, Joan Herrington Thorne of Adair, OK; son-in-law, Mike Lutz of North Platte, NE; 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, along with other family members.
Visitations will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Bassett and will continue on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at the church one hour prior to services.
