Heaven Lee Appleman, 35

Heaven Lee Appleman was a caring and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She returned to the arms of Jesus on November 14, 2023 at age 35.

She was born to Theodore Kellner and Patricia Morrison on November 3, 1988 in Laramie, WY. After graduating from high school, Heaven pursued her passion for caring for others by earning her associates degree in nursing to become a registered nurse. While in nursing school, Heaven met her soulmate and best friend, Jeffrey Appleman. The couple were married on October 7, 2017. They made a life together in Burns, WY with their 3 daughters, Blakelee, Brinlee and Johnna Lee.

Heaven is preceded in death by both of her mothers, Deborah Kellner and Patricia Morrison. Her grandfather, Robert Kellner and her grandmother, Mildred Hoskins.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Jeffrey Appleman along with her daughters, Blakelee, Brinlee and Johnna Lee; her father, Theodore Kellner; sister, Amber (David) Maddick.

Heaven loved spending time with her family and her daughters were her world. From writing them lunch notes, creating costumes or coaching their sport teams, Heaven was always there cheering them on. As an animal lover, Heaven could not resist turning away stray animals that showed up in the yard. She either nursed them back to health or made sure they found their way back home. It is true as the saying goes, once a nurse, always a nurse. Heaven found peace in the great outdoors which is something her and Jeff shared passionately together. From fishing, camping, hiking, paddle boarding to gardening, you could always find Heaven somewhere outside.

Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. A Celebration of Life to honor Heaven will be held on December 2, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Crossbridge Alliance Church at 3501 Forest Dr., Cheyenne, WY.
