James R. “Jim” Carter of Elkhorn, NE passed away February 20, 2023.
He was preceded in death by parents, Russell and Dolly Carter; and sister, Mary Kay Osterman.
He is survived by wife, Ellen; sons, Keith (Marilyn) of Holstein, IA and Steve of Omaha, NE; daughter, Mary (Jay) Johanek of Omaha, NE; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and sister, Elsie Coble.
