A Memorial Service for Ruth E. Werner, age 95 of St. Paul, NE, formerly of North Loup, NE will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. in the Bassett Methodist Church, Bassett, NE. Inurnment will follow in the Bassett Memorial Park Cemetery. Ruth Werner passed away March 9, 2023 in the Brookefield Park Nursing Home in St. Paul, NE.
Survivors include a sister, Nancy Harlan of Bassett; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
