Scott K. Welke

Scott Welke, 60 of Loves Park, IL, passed away peacefully in his home on June 10, 2022 surrounded by family.

Scott was born on June, 7, 1962 in Rockford IL.

Celebration of Life service was held in Loves Park, IL. He was buried in the Wood Lake Cemetery in Wood Lake, NE.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard “papa” Welke.

Survivors include his mother, Claudette Welke; sister, Debra Gillam; niece, Amber Burtness; nephew, Eric Gillam; brother-in-law, Boots Gillam; stepmother, Marsha (Paul) Mommens; stepsisters, Mischell Hill, Kim Minge and Crystal Denny; along with many aunts, an uncle and several cousins.
