Steven N. Daniels was born to Noral and Shirley (Wrage) Daniels on March 3, 1948. He was welcomed home by two older sisters, Connie Lou and Shirley Ann. Later, they were joined by younger brother, Chuck.

Chad Brandon Stec was born on June 17, 1977 in Lexington, NE and died of complications from a severe infection at his home in Bassett, NE on July 26, 2021. Chad was the second child born to Richard John Stec and Susan Kay (Coleman) Stec Brewer.

Norma Elaine Jensen-DeGonzague (née Smith), 79, passed away on July 11, 2021, surrounded by family, at the Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, AZ. She was born and raised in Ainsworth and resided there for several years before relocating to Arizona.

A celebration of life service for Kenneth Osborn, 86, will be held on at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 31st, at the United Methodist Church in Ainsworth.

Wayne Sylvester Bower was born on December 4, 1936 to Darrel S. Bower and Lois (Best) Bower at the Ainsworth Hospital. He passed away January 15, 2021 at age 84 from complications of COVID-19 and heart failure at the Sandhills Care Center in Ainsworth.

Wilma Crist Tunender, 78, of Malmo, NE, passed away on July 16, 2021 at her home. She was born August 30, 1942 at North Loup, NE to Rolland and Marie Burke. Wilma grew up in Ainsworth, NE and spent most of her life there. She was married to Richard Crist on September 12, 1958, on their ranch south of Ainsworth and added to this family four children - Randy, Becky, Teresa and Mike. Richard and Wilma were married for 17 years. Wilma married Eugene Tunender on October 25, 1991 at Saunders County Courthouse in Wahoo, NE.

Nancy Sue (Orsborn) Gable, formerly of Long Pine, NE, passed away on January 8, 2021 at Good Samaritan Society Village in Loveland, CO, 21 days shy of her 90th birthday. Nancy was born in Ft.

Karen Fernau, age 78, of Ainsworth, NE, died Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at Rock County Long Term Care in Bassett, NE. Karen Kay (Scott) Fernau, daughter of Charles Harvey and Alta Mae (Mills) Scott, was born July 24, 1942, at Verdel, NE.

Karon Kay Bussinger was born February 28, 1944 in Atkinson, NE, the oldest child of Inez (Kaiser) and Francis Weller. She passed away on July 11, 2021 peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family.

Memorial Services for Michael R. Leicher, age 72 of Ainsworth, NE, will be held at a later date in Houma, LA.
