The Ainsworth Busy Club put on a Trashion Show at the Ainsworth Senior Center on Thursday, May 18th to help raise funds for the Center. Outfits of slacks, tops, skirts, dresses, hats and jewelry that they modeled, were purchased at the Ainsworth Thrift Store or from garage sales. Models for the day included (left to right): Alice Prososki, Barb Fling, Nancy Falk, Karen Herring, Patty Nelson, Carol Larson, Maxine Matter, Marilyn Baker, Bev Stahl and Cheri Bowen.

While mostly grown for their foliage, some have lovely and fragrant flowers.

Two athletes from Ainsworth Middle School qualified for the 2023 Nebraska Middle School Championship Meet in Gothenburg on May 13th. Gracyn Painter qualified in the Shot Put, Discus, Triple Jump and 200 Meter Dash.
