Sandhills Care Center Obtains Coveted 5-Star Medicare Rating

According to Administrator Penny Jacobs, the Sandhills Care Center in Ainsworth has recently obtained the “coveted 5-Star Medicare Rating,” after a period at a lower rating. This means that the nursing home’s performance was rated “Much Above Average” based on three sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
