Bethany Chapter #113, Order of the Eastern Star of Ainsworth, is making available three scholarships in the amount of 1 - $500.00 and 2 - $300.00 for three high school seniors from the following schools - Ainsworth High School, Rock County High School, Keya Paha County High School, West Holt High School, O’Neill Public Schools or St. Mary’s High School and Stuart High School. Bethany Chapter #113 has members from all these school districts, thus these schools will be considered for the three scholarships.

Back pain is extremely common, and people with back pain can be extremely miserable. It may hurt to move, sit, stand, lay, even breathe. No wonder back pain accounts for so many visits to the doctor!
