Alpha Delta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma met on May 17th at the Ainsworth home of Darlene Cleal. Darlene and Marjorie Wilkins (Ainsworth) provided a breakfast casserole and fruit cup for the members to enjoy before the business meeting. Six members answered roll call (summer plans) and made a donation to Read Aloud Nebraska/ CASA project.

Homestead Knolls Campground and Boat Ramp to Reopen

Homestead Knolls campground and boat ramp at Calamus Reservoir State Recreation Area will reopen for public access May 22. The area closure was part of the Calamus road project that focused on roadway and campsite improvements and boat ramp parking area improvements.
