Nebraska Department of Education to Host “I Love U Guys” School Safety Reunification Exercises in Ainsworth

Groups of educators, law enforcement officers and first responders from across Nebraska are joining the Nebraska Department of Education’s School Safety staff for a series of specialized trainings. The “I Love U Guys” Foundation will conduct trainingss at three different sites around Nebraska, Ainsworth, North Platte, and Wahoo High Schools will be hosting.

Fischer Pushes for Protection of Rural Nursing Homes

During a speech on the Senate floor, Nebraska Senator Deb Fischer pushed for passage of her Protecting Rural Seniors’ Access to Care Act. The passing of this act would overturn a harmful Biden-era rule regulating nursing homes.
