Member Buddy Small was absent with an excused absence. Also present were Brown County Clerk Travee Hobbs, Brown County Highway Superintendent (BCHS) Kenny Turpin, Brown County Sheriff (BCS) Brent Deibler, Brown County Assessor (BCA) Peg Gross, and Brown County Deputy Emergency Manager (DBCEM) Jessica Pozehl.
