Holly Georgius started as Ainsworth's new Postmaster on August 12th replacing Kim Hamling. Georgius is familiar with the area having served as the Officer in Charge for six months during 2021.

Ainsworth Bulldogs will be having an early Homecoming this year, as the event is planned for September 2nd - 6th, 2024. The over all theme this year will be 'Bulldogs Got the Beat'.

Governor Jim Pillen announced three initiatives that he, along with the Nebraska Department of Agriculture (NDA) would be undertaking now and in the future, to protect the state’s agriculture industry, as well as consumers, from lab-grown meat. Standing before a group of producers at Oak Barn Beef in West Point, the Governor signed an executive order creating strict guidelines when it comes to state agencies and its contractors from obtaining lab-grown meat.

Over thirty golfers participated in the Paul’s Revenge Golf Outing on Sunday, August 25th at the Ainsworth Golf Course. With a $30.00 entry fee, that will be used for course improvements, the golfers were treated to very difficult pin placements.
