    Emma Kennedy Selected for NSAA Student Advisory Committee

    The Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) announced the individuals selected to the NSAA Student Advisory Committee for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 school years. These new members will join the 10 seniors serving their second term: Emma Kennedy of Ainsworth was among those selected to the NSAA Student Advisory Committee.

    Weather has hampered the start of the Boys Golf Season for the Ainsworth Boys Golf Team. A snowy winter kept the Ainsworth Boys Golf Team off the course and made practice difficult.

    Drone Operators Advised to Know and Abide By Wildlife Rules

    Drone operators should be aware of wildlife laws pertaining to their use in Nebraska, including restrictions on Nebraska Game and Parks’ properties. State law and the federal Airborne Hunting Act prohibit the use of aircraft, including drones – or recreational unmanned aircraft – to harass birds, fish, or any other animal.

    Smith Announces Upcoming Staff Mobile Offices

Third District residents can meet directly with a member of Smith’s staff at a Mobile Office about federal issues, receive assistance with a federal agency, or take advantage of the services available through his office.
