5th Annual Memorial Golf Tournament Won by Graig Kinzie and Brett Knoetzel

The 5th Annual Ainsworth Golf Course Memorial Tournament was held on Sunday, June 5th. The tournament honored Bob Micheel with 26 teams competing. Tournament weather wasn’t ideal with heavy mist and rain at times during the Sunday tournament.

Nick Martin shot a three-under 33 to lead the field Thursday, June 2nd during Men’s League Golf at the Ainsworth Municipal Golf Course. Other low rounds for Men’s League were posted by an evenpar round of 36 for Cody Goochey.

The Ainsworth Ladies Golf League held its second competition of the summer on Wednesday, June 1st. Low scores for week two were: 41 – Jen Martin; 42 – Stephanie Kinzie; 43 – Heather Lutter; 45 – Darlene Ehlers; 46 – Julie Micheel; 47 – Jen Marlatt; and 48 – Ashley Martin.
