Ainsworth Alumni Scholarship Funds to Class of 2022 Graduates

The Ainsworth Alumni Scholarship Fund is proud to announce that the recipients of the 2022 Ainsworth Alumni Scholarships are Eden Raymond, Ben Barrow and Maren Arens. Eden is the daughter of Chris and Wanda Raymond.

Ainsworth Students Receive Academic All-State Awards

The Nebraska School Activities Association and the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association recognize students who have been nominated by their schools, for their individual academic excellence, leadership, and significant contributions in their NSAA activity. NSAA member schools may nominate two students for each NSAA-sponsored activity. To be considered for this award, a student must be a varsity player or organizational leader who has played a significant role on the team or in the organizational activity. Honorees must attain at least a 93% cumulative grade point average on a 100% scale or a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale.

It is one of Edison’s latest and greatest inventions.” Vitascope was an early film projector first demonstrated in 1895, and it was purchased by Thomas Edison’s company to project his Kinetoscope films.

Look Up, Look Out for Powerlines During Spring Planting

KBR Rural Public Power and Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) is encouraging farmers to look up and look out for powerlines heading into spring planting season. As farmers make their way back out to the field for planting season, NPPD is asking equipment operators to be aware of any powerlines located along the fields they are working in to ensure they can complete their work safely.
