Thirty-nine students of Ainsworth Community Schools are now a part of the Ainsworth Alumni after receiving their diplomas on Sunday, May 15, 2022. The Ainsworth High School band, under the direction of Erin Rathe, played "Pomp and Circumstance" during the processional.

The Ainsworth track teams completed the 2022 regular season at the Valentine Invitational Track Meet on Friday, May 6th. The Ainsworth Varsity and Middle School track teams competed in the meet with the Ainsworth middle school girls taking first place with 100 points.

AMS Golfers hit the links at Frederick Peak Golf Club in Valentine for a rematch Dual with Valentine Middle School on Tuesday, May 3rd. This competition wraps up the inaugural season of Ainsworth Middle School Golf.

Graduate and undergraduate degrees will be conferred for 682 spring graduates at University of Nebraska at Kearney commencement exercises 10:00 a.m. on May 13th at UNK’s Health and Sports Center.

Bria Delimont, 2022 AHS graduate, has signed a letter-of-intent to play women’s basketball for Chadron State College. Delimont has lettered all four years of her high school career at Ainsworth in girls basketball. She joins her brothers, Brady, former player and Gage, current player for the Chadron State Eagles Men’s Basketball team. Delimont plans on majoring in Business Administration at Chadron.
