Question: How can I attract pollinators to my gardens? Part 1 Pollinators are anything that helps carry pollen from the male part of the flower to the female part of the same or another flower. When we think about pollinators, the first that usually comes to mind is honeybees. While they are important pollinators, many other insects, birds, bats and small mammals can be pollinators too. Insect pollinators include honeybees, solitary bees, bumble bees, butterflies, moths, flies, wasps and beetles.
