KBR Leadership Academy met for their first session of the 2022-23 year on August 17, 2022. They kicked off the year with participants meeting at the Barta Ranch in southern Rock County. After introductions and networking, the class got to dive right into their strengths.

Minutes for the August 23, 2022 meeting of Brown County American Legion Post Number 79, Ainsworth, NE. The regular meeting of American Legion Post Number 79 was called to order by Commander Walters at 7:30 p.m.

A regular meeting of the Brown County Hospital (BCH) Board of Trustees was held on Monday, August 22, 2022. The meeting was called to order by Secretary, Tate Schipporeit, at 4:04 p.m. Other members in attendance were Brian Delimont and John Gross. Excused were Brent Deibler and Jim Walz. Also attending were Mirya Hallock - CEO, Tad Stearns - CFO, Lisa Fischer - HR, Brandy Bussinger - D.O.N and Tawny Allen - Recording Secretary. Claressa Millsap and Martha Lofquist with Pathway Designs joined the meeting for their presentation. Dr. Campbell joined the meeting at 5:00 p.m.

Brown County Commissioners to Meet The Brown County Commissioners will meet as a Board of Equalization on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 5:00 p.m., and as the Board of Commissioners at 5:15 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Room in the Courthouse.
