The team of Ann Hoch, Wendy Wilkins and Jen Martin fired a 2-under par scramble round of 34 to lead the field Wednesday during women’s league golf at the Ainsworth Golf Course. Rylee Pierce, Chelsey Peterson, Danielle Palmer and Brenda Konkoleski carded a round of 39.

Kyle Jackman fired a 1-under par round of 35 to pace the field Thursday during men’s league golf at the Ainsworth Golf Course. Jackman finished one shot clear of Robert Magill and Graig Kinzie, who posted even-par rounds of 36. Nick Martin shot a 38, followed by Noah Graff, Jaxon Rucker, John Pierce, Cody Goochey, Kevin Martin, Doug Weiss and Brett Knoetzel with rounds of 39.
Ainsworth Men’s Open Golf Tournament Results

Rich Crow Eagle’s 4-under par round of 68 captured the championship flight of the annual Ainsworth Men’s Open Golf Tournament Sunday. Crow Eagle finished eight shots clear of four golfers who carded 4-over par rounds of 76. Logan Cate won the scorecard playoff for second, with Cory Brodbeck finishing third. Doug Weiss and Keian Fischer also shot rounds of 76.
South Dakota State Announces Spring Graduates

South Dakota State University announces Jenna Marie Williams of Ainsworth, has graduated following the spring 2025 semester. Williams graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from SDSU’s College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions.
