Brown County Hospital Board Meeting The Brown County Hospital Board meeting will be held on Monday, May 16th at 4:00 p.m. in the Brown County Hospital Conference Room.

During the regular meeting of Bethany Chapter #113 Order of Eastern Star on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, Peggy Hitchcock, left and Nancy Falk, right, both received their 50 year membership pins. Present during the presentation, Worthy Patron Mike Hitchcock, center presided over the meeting while Worthy Matron Peggy Hitchcock received her pin and Peggy presided over Falks pinning.

On Wednesday, April 27th, the Annual Volunteer Tea was sponsored by the Brown County Hospital in recognition of the outstanding service provided by the Hospital Auxiliary to the Brown County Hospital and the community.

The Ainsworth Alumni Scholarship Fund is proud to announce that the recipients of the 2022 Ainsworth Alumni Scholarships are Eden Raymond, Ben Barrow and Maren Arens. Eden is the daughter of Chris and Wanda Raymond.

The Nebraska School Activities Association and the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association recognize students who have been nominated by their schools, for their individual academic excellence, leadership, and significant contributions in their NSAA activity. NSAA member schools may nominate two students for each NSAA-sponsored activity. To be considered for this award, a student must be a varsity player or organizational leader who has played a significant role on the team or in the organizational activity. Honorees must attain at least a 93% cumulative grade point average on a 100% scale or a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale.
